Game Maps: GPS Route Navigator ("Game Maps", "the app") is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). The terms below add details specific to this app. By downloading or using Game Maps you agree to the EULA and to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled.

Game Maps Pro

The free version includes the Neon Night and Street Atlas themes, the Satellite Recon, Explorer Topo and 3D City Dusk base maps, 3 navigation missions per day and your last 3 trips. Game Maps Pro unlocks all 13 game themes, unlimited navigation missions and full trip history. It is offered as:

Weekly auto-renewable subscription — USD 4.99 per week.
Yearly auto-renewable subscription — USD 29.99 per year, with a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers.
Lifetime — USD 49.99, a one-time, non-renewing purchase.

Prices are given in US dollars; the price in your local currency is shown in the app and the App Store before you buy, and may vary by country and change over time.

Auto-renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Free trial: if you start the yearly plan with a 3-day free trial, you will be charged the yearly price when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your iPhone's Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro remains active until the end of the paid period.
Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Restore previous purchases at any time from the Pro screen in the app with the same Apple ID.

Navigation and safety

Game Maps provides route guidance only. Always pay attention to the road, obey traffic laws, road signs and the instructions of authorities, and use your own judgement. Do not interact with the app while driving; set your destination before you start and use CarPlay or a secure mount.

Routes, traffic, speed limits, addresses and estimated times come from third-party map data and your device's GPS, and may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate. Routes may be unsuitable, unsafe or closed. Game Maps is not designed for emergency, professional or safety-critical navigation. XP, levels, streaks, achievements and Game Center leaderboards are for fun only; never take risks, speed or drive unnecessarily to earn them. To the extent permitted by law, ikb soft is not liable for any loss, damage, fine or injury resulting from use of the app or reliance on its guidance.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, reverse-engineer it, interfere with its services or use it in breach of any law. The app's look, code, themes and artwork are owned by ikb soft or its licensors.

The themes are original designs inspired by the general look of video-game minimaps. Game Maps is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any game publisher or developer, and all game names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Apple, iPhone and CarPlay are trademarks of Apple Inc.

Changes

We may update these terms when the app changes. The date above shows the latest revision; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
